About Jev AI Guide
Jev AI Guide is an independent handbook for developers who want to use Jev, the “System One” decision model that TypeSafe AI released on September 15, 2026. We write down what you need to know before and after your first API call: what Jev actually returns, how to get access on each channel, what it costs, where the limits are, and what the error messages mean.
Not an official site
Section titled “Not an official site”Jev AI Guide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TypeSafe AI. We have no special access and no commercial relationship with TypeSafe or with any of the platforms that resell access to Jev. “Jev” and “TypeSafe” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the product.
For anything account-specific, the official sources are TypeSafe’s documentation at docs.typesafe.ai, the status page at status.typesafe.ai and the TypeSafe console.
How we check what we publish
Section titled “How we check what we publish”- We call the API ourselves. Request and response examples on this site come from our own calls on the official endpoint, pinned to the model version shown on the page (currently
jev-1.13.0). When a page reports speed, cost or an error message, it is something we observed, with the date. - We re-check on a schedule. Channel, pricing, rate-limit and status pages are re-checked at least once a week and on the day a new model version ships. Every page shows the date it was last checked, and each fact links to its source at the bottom of the page.
- We say when something is unconfirmed. If TypeSafe has not published a detail (architecture, funding, future pricing), we say so instead of guessing.
What we will not do
Section titled “What we will not do”- Copy TypeSafe’s documentation text. We summarize facts (prices, parameters, endpoints) in our own words and link to the original.
- Publish numbers we cannot trace to a source or to our own test.
- Sell API keys, resell access, or recommend proxy services.
Corrections
Section titled “Corrections”If something on a page is wrong or out of date, please tell us through the contact page. We correct factual errors and update the “Last checked” date when we do.
